Biography

As a leadership strategist, educator, author, and social activist, Dumar Paden has established himself as a powerful authority on building a new generation of leaders and higher performing organizations designed to create sustainable positive change. He is currently the founder and CEO of Dumar Paden Leadership, a consulting firm providing  expertise in organizational leadership, cultural diversity, team building/capacity building, youth empowerment, and personal performance development.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Dumar became the first member in his family to obtain both a Bachelors of Science (Business Administration, University at Albany, State University of New York, 2007) and a Masters of Science (Leadership, Ken Blanchard College of Business at Grand Canyon Unversity, 2011). After a period in corporate America, Dumar began directing educational programming specializing in academic performance, career readiness, and college success. Dumar believes anyone despite their circumstances can lead and become successful and has dedicated his life to help others live through this philosophy.
